As per a phone conversation with Freedom to Marry PA and Senator Stack's office on 11/12/2009, he initially voted for SB1250 in order to assure further hearings and acquire more information. By the second vote, Senator Stack didn't feel there was enough information on which to base a constitutional ammendment. Senator Stack remains open to discussion about this topic.
